Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, softened cream cheese, cheddar cheese, mozzarella cheese, diced jalapeños, sour cream, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
Transfer the mixture to a greased 9x13 inch baking dish, spreading it evenly.
Sprinkle the crushed tortilla chips evenly over the top of the casserole.
Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and the top is golden brown.
Remove from the oven and let it cool for about 5 minutes before serving. Garnish with chopped cilantro if desired.
