Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a large bowl, combine the cooked rice with sesame oil, soy sauce, gochujang, and garlic powder. Mix vigorously for 2–3 minutes until evenly coated and slightly sticky.
  2. Gently fold in chopped kimchi, sesame seeds, roasted seaweed flakes, and chopped green onions. Mix thoroughly for about 2 minutes.
  3. Wet your hands and scoop a generous handful of the rice mixture into your palm, shaping it into a ball about the size of a golf ball. Repeat until all the mixture is formed into balls.
  4. Sprinkle additional toasted sesame seeds or seaweed flakes on top of each rice ball if desired. Serve immediately or store in an airtight container.
