  • Zest of 1 lemon
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley chopped

Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F.
  2. In a large bowl, toss the cut potatoes with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
  3. Spread the fries in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  4. Bake for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and crispy.
  5. Once the fries are done, remove them from the oven and immediately sprinkle with crumbled feta cheese, lemon zest, and lemon juice.
  6. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
