Step-by-Step Instructions for Lemon Pizza
- Prepare the pizza dough according to your recipe up to step 5. Shape into a ball and let it rest for 10 minutes.
- Slice fresh mozzarella into ½ inch thick pieces and pat dry to prevent sogginess.
- Roll out the dough on parchment paper until it measures approximately 9x13 inches. Transfer to a pizza peel or rimmed baking sheet.
- Combine olive oil, water, chopped parsley, grated garlic, lemon zest, lemon juice, salt, and pepper in a jar. Shake until mixed.
- Dimple the rolled dough with your fingertips. Drizzle lemon brine evenly over it and add mozzarella slices on top.
- Preheat pizza stone to 450°F (230°C) for 30 minutes. Bake pizza for 8-10 minutes or until cheese is golden.
- Remove from oven and drizzle with more lemon juice, sprinkle with grated Parmesan, parsley, and black pepper. Slice and serve.
