- Preheat your oven to 375ºF (190ºC).
 - Combine canned pumpkin, brown sugar, maple flavoring, pumpkin pie spice, and a dash of salt in a medium bowl. Blend until smooth.
 - Roll out refrigerated pie crust into a rectangle measuring approximately 6x22 inches and cut into 8 equal-sized rectangles.
 - Place one crust rectangle on a baking sheet and spoon pumpkin filling into the center. Place another rectangle on top and seal the edges.
 - Crimp the edges with a fork to secure and decorate.
 - Bake for 9-11 minutes until edges are lightly golden brown.
 - Whisk together powdered sugar, maple flavoring, and milk until smooth to prepare the glaze.
 - Drizzle glaze over the cooled poptarts and allow to set.
