  • 2 cups Doritos (Crushed) Can substitute with other tortilla chips.

Method
 

Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a 9x13 inch baking dish by greasing it.
  2. Cook 1 pound of ground beef and 1 diced onion in a large skillet over medium heat until brown, about 5-7 minutes.
  3. Mix in 1 can of diced tomatoes with green chilies, 1 can of cream of chicken soup, and 1 cup of sour cream. Cook on low for 3-5 minutes.
  4. Layer half of the crushed Doritos in the baking dish, followed by the beef mixture and ½ cup of shredded cheese.
  5. Repeat with the remaining ingredients: another half of the crushed Doritos, second half of the beef mixture, and top with the rest of the shredded cheese.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.
  7. Let the casserole stand for 5 minutes before serving.
