- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine ground chicken, ranch seasoning mix, egg, breadcrumbs, and garlic powder.
- Shape the mixture into golf ball-sized balls and place onto the prepared baking sheet.
- Lightly spray the tops with olive oil and bake for 18–22 minutes until golden brown.
- Remove from the oven and sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese on top; broil for 1–2 minutes.
- Garnish with chopped parsley and serve warm.
