For the Cheesy Top
  • 1 cup Shredded Mozzarella Cheese low-moisture recommended
For Finishing Touches
  • 2 tablespoons Chopped Parsley optional

Method
 

Cooking Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine ground chicken, ranch seasoning mix, egg, breadcrumbs, and garlic powder.
  3. Shape the mixture into golf ball-sized balls and place onto the prepared baking sheet.
  4. Lightly spray the tops with olive oil and bake for 18–22 minutes until golden brown.
  5. Remove from the oven and sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese on top; broil for 1–2 minutes.
  6. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve warm.
