Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. Chill the Brie by placing it in the freezer for about 20-30 minutes.
  2. While the brie chills, finely chop your chosen nuts and dried fruit and mix them in a bowl.
  3. Cut the chilled brie into small cone-like pieces that resemble a Christmas tree.
  4. Insert a pretzel stick into the base of each cheese cone to resemble a tree trunk.
  5. Roll each brie cone in the nut and fruit mixture, pressing lightly to adhere.
  6. Chill the shaped trees for 10 minutes to set the shape and coating.
  7. Drizzle with honey if desired or garnish with fresh herbs before serving.
