Ingredients
  

  • 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
  • ½ cup unsalted butter melted
  • 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
  • 16 ounces cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 2 cups fresh strawberries hulled and sliced
  • ¼ cup strawberry jam

Method
 

  1. In a medium bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and granulated sugar. Mix until well combined.
  2. Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan to form the crust. Refrigerate for 30 minutes to set.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese with an electric mixer until smooth.
  4. Gradually add the powdered sugar and vanilla extract, mixing until fully incorporated.
  5. In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
  6. Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until fully combined.
  7. Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over the chilled crust.
  8. Top with sliced strawberries and drizzle with strawberry jam.
  9. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or until set.
  10. To serve, carefully remove the sides of the springform pan. Slice and enjoy!
