- Combine crushed Golden Oreos and melted butter in a mixing bowl. Blend until evenly moist and crumbly. Press mixture into the bottom of a 9x13-inch pan and refrigerate for at least 15 minutes.
- In a large bowl, beat softened cream cheese until smooth. Gradually add powdered sugar and milk, mixing fully. Fold in 1 cup of Cool Whip. Spread mixture over the chilled crust and return to refrigerator for 30 minutes.
- Prepare strawberry jello according to package instructions and cool for 10-15 minutes. Pour over the cream cheese layer and scatter sliced strawberries on top. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour.
- Spread the remaining Cool Whip over the top of the jello layer and arrange additional strawberries for decoration. Refrigerate for another 30 minutes.
- Chill for at least 3 hours before serving. Use a sharp knife to cut into squares. Garnish with a sprig of mint if desired.
