- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Slice firm apples into wedges and spread on a baking sheet. Roast for about 20 minutes, turning halfway through.

- In a salad bowl, mix arugula and kale with warm roasted apples, bacon, blue cheese, and pecans. Toss gently to combine.
