  • 1 tablespoon Dijon Mustard Can use whole grain mustard.
  • 1 teaspoon Grainy Mustard Omit if not on hand.

Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and cut the potatoes into wedges.
