For the Maple Cream Foam
  • 1 cup Half & Half Can substitute with equal parts milk and cream.
  • 1/2 cup Heavy Cream
  • 1/4 cup Pure Maple Syrup Honey or agave syrup can be used instead.
  • 1 teaspoon Ground Cinnamon Adjust to taste.
  • 1/4 teaspoon Flaky Sea Salt Avoid using granulated salt.
Optional Garnish
  • 1 teaspoon Extra Ground Cinnamon For sprinkling on top.
  • a pinch Additional Flaky Sea Salt For extra salty touch.

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a medium bowl or carafe, combine half & half, heavy cream, pure maple syrup, ground cinnamon, and a pinch of flaky sea salt. Using a handheld milk frother, whip the mixture for about 1 minute until it thickens and forms a creamy foam.
  2. Brew your cold brew coffee using your preferred method. Allow it to steep for at least 12 hours in your refrigerator, then strain through a fine mesh sieve or coffee filter.
  3. Fill a tall glass with ice, then pour in the chilled cold brew coffee until it’s roughly three-quarters full. Gently layer the whipped maple cream foam on top.
  4. Sprinkle a dash of ground cinnamon and a pinch of flaky sea salt over the foam before serving.
