- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a baking sheet with non-stick spray or butter.
- In a mixing bowl, combine shredded rotisserie chicken, cheddar cheese, minced garlic, and optional parsley. Mix well.
- Unroll the crescent roll dough onto a clean surface and separate it into 8 triangles. Place a spoonful of the chicken mixture at the base of each triangle.
- Roll each triangle from wide end to tip, sealing the ends tightly to keep filling inside.
- Place the rolls seam-side down on the baking sheet and bake for 12 to 15 minutes or until golden brown.
- Remove from the oven, let cool for a few minutes, and serve warm, optionally garnished with fresh parsley.
