  • 1/2 teaspoon Paprika

Step-by-Step Instructions for Mediterranean Breakfast Sandwiches
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and toast your biscuits or bread for 10-15 minutes until golden brown.
  2. In a medium bowl, combine mayonnaise, sun-dried tomatoes, garlic, lemon juice, basil, oregano, paprika, salt, and pepper. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  3. Crack the eggs into a bowl, add milk, salt, and pepper, whisk together. Cook gently in a non-stick skillet, stirring until just set. Add cheese and let melt.
