- Preheat your oven to 400°F (205°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large skillet over medium heat, sauté chopped onions, garlic, and bacon for 8-10 minutes.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the cooled onion mixture with pork mince, soup mix, ketchup, and Worcestershire sauce.
- Roll out puff pastry sheets to approximately 1/8 inch thick and brush with egg wash.
- Place a generous spoonful of filling in the center of each pastry sheet, fold over and seal edges.
- Cut each rolled sausage into portions, space them on the baking sheet, and brush with egg wash.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown, rotating halfway through.
- Let the rolls cool on a wire rack before serving with dipping sauces.
