Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (205°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large skillet over medium heat, sauté chopped onions, garlic, and bacon for 8-10 minutes.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine the cooled onion mixture with pork mince, soup mix, ketchup, and Worcestershire sauce.
  4. Roll out puff pastry sheets to approximately 1/8 inch thick and brush with egg wash.
  5. Place a generous spoonful of filling in the center of each pastry sheet, fold over and seal edges.
  6. Cut each rolled sausage into portions, space them on the baking sheet, and brush with egg wash.
  7. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown, rotating halfway through.
