Stir in the mozzarella and Parmesan cheeses until evenly distributed.
In a separate bowl, whisk together the milk, olive oil, and eggs until smooth.
Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until just combined. Do not overmix; a few lumps are okay.
Transfer the batter to the prepared loaf pan and smooth the top with a spatula.
Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
Allow the bread to cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
