For the Rolls
  • 1 tube Crescent Roll Dough Can substitute with puff pastry.
  • 8 ounces Sliced Corned Beef Pastrami can be used as an alternative.
  • 4 ounces Swiss Cheese Gruyere can be used for a sharper flavor.
For the Sauce
  • ½ cup Thousand Island Dressing Russian dressing is a good alternative.
For the Filling
  • ½ cup Sauerkraut Ensure it is well-drained.

Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Unroll and separate the crescent roll dough into individual triangles.
  3. Spread ½ tablespoon of Thousand Island dressing on each triangle.
  4. Layer ½ ounce of corned beef, ½ ounce of Swiss cheese, and 2 tablespoons of sauerkraut on top of the dressing.
  5. Starting from the wide end, roll the dough triangle up snugly.
  6. Place the rolled dough seam-side down on the baking sheet and bake for 13 to 15 minutes until golden brown.
  7. Allow to cool slightly before serving warm with extra dressing on the side.
