Preparation Steps
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Unroll and separate the crescent roll dough into individual triangles.
- Spread ½ tablespoon of Thousand Island dressing on each triangle.
- Layer ½ ounce of corned beef, ½ ounce of Swiss cheese, and 2 tablespoons of sauerkraut on top of the dressing.
- Starting from the wide end, roll the dough triangle up snugly.
- Place the rolled dough seam-side down on the baking sheet and bake for 13 to 15 minutes until golden brown.
- Allow to cool slightly before serving warm with extra dressing on the side.
