  • 1 tsp lemon juice

Method
 

  1. In a large bowl, flake the salmon into small pieces.
  2. Add breadcrumbs, onion, garlic, parsley, egg, mustard, lemon juice, salt, and pepper to the bowl.
  3. Mix all ingredients until well combined.
  4. Form the mixture into patties, about 2-3 inches in diameter.
  5. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  6. Cook the patties for 4-5 minutes on each side, or until golden brown.
  7. Remove from skillet and drain on paper towels.
