Arrange the turkey bites on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and lightly brush the olive oil over the tops.
Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until fully cooked and golden.
While the meatballs bake, warm the tomato sauce in a saucepan over medium heat.
After baking, gently transfer the turkey bites into the simmering tomato sauce and let them cook together for an additional 5 minutes.
Serve hot, optionally sprinkling with extra basil or Parmesan.
