- Preheat the oven to 190°C (375°F).
- Combine shredded smoked brisket and beer cheese dip in a bowl until evenly coated.
- Roll out each piece of refrigerated biscuit dough into 6-inch circles.
- Spoon filling into center of each dough circle and seal the edges tightly.
- Dissolve baking soda in warm water and briefly dip each filled dough ball.
- Sprinkle coarse salt over the tops of the bombs and place on baking sheet.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes until golden brown and puffed up.
