  • 1 cup beer cheese dip Any creamy dip can work
For the Dough
  • 2 cans refrigerated biscuit dough Can use homemade dough
For Pretzel Coating
  • 1 tbsp baking soda Essential for texture
  • 4 cups warm water For activating baking soda
  • 1 tbsp coarse salt Sprinkled on top
  • 4 tbsp melted butter Brushed on after baking

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 190°C (375°F).
  2. Combine shredded smoked brisket and beer cheese dip in a bowl until evenly coated.
  3. Roll out each piece of refrigerated biscuit dough into 6-inch circles.
  4. Spoon filling into center of each dough circle and seal the edges tightly.
  5. Dissolve baking soda in warm water and briefly dip each filled dough ball.
  6. Sprinkle coarse salt over the tops of the bombs and place on baking sheet.
  7. Bake for 12-15 minutes until golden brown and puffed up.
  8. Brush tops with melted butter after baking and serve warm.
