  • 1-2 tablespoons sriracha adjust to spice tolerance
  • 2 cloves garlic minced; garlic powder works as substitute
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil great for sautéing, can interchange with any cooking oil
  • 1 each fresh jalapeños used for garnish and extra heat

Method
 

Cooking Steps
  1. Heat the pan and add 2 tablespoons of olive oil over medium-high heat. Add seasoned chicken and sauté for 5-7 minutes until cooked through.
  2. Add sliced red, yellow, and green bell peppers and 2 minced garlic cloves. Stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until tender but still crunchy.
  3. Pour in 2 tablespoons each of soy sauce and hoisin sauce, and 1-2 tablespoons of sriracha. Toss for 2 minutes until coated.
  4. Remove from heat, transfer to a serving bowl, and garnish with fresh jalapeños, green onions, and cilantro.
  5. Serve immediately alongside steamed jasmine rice or your favorite noodles.
