- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). If using a pizza stone, place it in the oven as it heats up.
- Slice onion and sauté in a skillet over medium heat with olive oil, salt, and pepper for 5-7 minutes. Add mushrooms and cook for another 3-4 minutes.
- Roll out the whole wheat pizza dough into a 16-inch circle on a floured surface. Transfer to a baking sheet or pizza stone.
- Sprinkle a generous layer of shredded mozzarella cheese over the pizza dough, covering every inch.
- Arrange cooked steak strips on top of the melted cheese, followed by sautéed onions and mushrooms.
- Scatter blue cheese crumbles over the toppings, being careful not to overpower the dish.
- Bake the pizza for 20-25 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is bubbling.
- Remove from the oven, let cool slightly, and top with fresh baby arugula before serving.
