- Spread the Brussels sprouts on a baking tray in a single layer for roasting.
- Lay out the bacon pieces on the second baking tray.
- Roast both trays for 20-25 minutes, turning Brussels sprouts halfway through.
- In the meantime, whisk together maple syrup, Dijon mustard, balsamic vinegar, and red pepper flakes to make the glaze.
- Combine roasted Brussels sprouts and bacon in a serving bowl, drizzle the glaze, and toss gently.
