Toast the whole wheat bread slices until golden brown.
Spread 1 tablespoon of mayonnaise on one side of each slice of toasted bread.
On one slice of bread, layer the turkey breast, followed by the crispy bacon, cheddar cheese, avocado slices, tomato slices, and lettuce.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Top with the second slice of bread, mayonnaise side down.
Cut the sandwich in half diagonally and secure each half with a toothpick if desired.
Serve immediately with your choice of chips or a pickle on the side.
