Ingredients

  • 8 ounces sliced turkey breast
  • 4 slices of whole grain bread
  • 4 slices of Swiss cheese
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional: lettuce and tomato slices for garnish

Method

  1. In a small bowl, mix together the mayonnaise and Dijon mustard. Set aside.
  2. Heat a skillet over medium heat and melt 1 tablespoon of butter.
  3. Spread the mayonnaise mixture evenly on one side of each slice of bread.
  4. Place two slices of bread, mayonnaise side down, in the skillet. Layer each with sliced turkey and a slice of Swiss cheese.
