Preparation Steps
- Start by washing all the fruits under cool running water. Peel and segment the citrus fruits, removing any seeds, and cut them into bite-sized pieces.
- Slice the apples thinly or dice them to prevent browning. Carefully remove the pomegranate seeds, discarding the white pith.
- In a large mixing bowl, gently combine all the prepared fruits: citrus segments, apple slices, and pomegranate seeds.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the honey with the juice and zest of one lime until well combined.
- Pour the honey-lime dressing over the fruit mixture in the large bowl. Toss gently to coat.
- Finely chop fresh mint and sprinkle it over the top of the salad. Serve immediately.
