Slice each pickle in half lengthwise and scoop out the seeds to create a hollow center.
In a bowl, mix the softened cream cheese and ranch seasoning until well combined.
Spread the cream cheese mixture inside each pickle half.
Layer the turkey and cheddar cheese inside the pickles, then close them up.
Spread butter on one side of each slice of bread.
Place a pickle sandwich between two slices of bread, buttered side out.
Heat a skillet over medium heat.
Once hot, add the sandwich and cook for about 3-4 minutes until golden brown.
Carefully flip the sandwich and cook the other side for another 3-4 minutes until golden and the cheese is melted.
Remove from the skillet, slice in half, and serve warm.
